The approval rate of EB-1A in each quarter of 24 years : 73 % in the first quarter, 71 % in the second quarter, 70 % in the third quarter and 74 % in the fourth quarter ;

NIW immigrants received 63549 new applications, 27526 were approved, 11256 were refused, and 44,093 were awaiting trial. The approval rate was 70.98 %, down from the previous fiscal year.

NIW 's 24-year quarterly approval rates : 77 % in the first quarter, 76 % in the second quarter, 68 % in the third quarter, and 61 % in the fourth quarter ;
